Prior to founding M2M, Cristina was Head of Americas Distribution for S64, a global alternatives solutions firm. Previously, she spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank, where she spearheaded institutional solutions and equity structured products distribution, consistently achieving top-tier recognition. Cristina's career also includes senior roles at Goldman Sachs and Natixis, focusing on institutional investment solutions. During her career, she was responsible for over $60 billion in transactions.
Cristina is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Some of her initiatives over the past two decades have been featured by financial publications such as Bloomberg and Fortune.
Cristina holds a BS in Economics from MIT, the CFA designation, and the Corporate Directors International - Diversity certification.
Prior to joining M2M Capital, Edgardo served as the Chief Technology and Product Officer at TransferGo, one of Europe's largest FinTech startups, where he led the company's product growth and was instrumental in capital-raising initiatives.
With more than 25 years of experience in Product, Data, and Technology, Edgardo's career has spanned Latin America, UK, Europe, and the United States. He has been a senior leader in technology and product for some of the world's largest companies in Sportsbetting, FinTech, and Travel. Currently, Edgardo serves a non-executive advisor to early-stage startups in rapidly growing technology sectors such as AI and SaaS.
Edgardo holds an MBA and BS in Technology and Business, and has participated in various programmes at Oxford Business School and The London School of Economics.
Prior to co-founding M2M, Dr. Shah was the Head of Quantitative Equity Research at FORT LP, a $6.5 billion hedge fund. His career includes senior research and portfolio management roles at leading investment firms, including Deutsche Bank, Gerstein Fisher Funds, Dimensional Fund Advisors, and BlackRock, where he focused on quantitative strategies to optimize investment performance.
Dr. Shah’s research in financial modeling and valuation techniques has been widely published in both academic and practitioner journals. He contributes thought leadership to bridge theoretical research with practical valuation applications.
Dr. Shah holds a BS in Economics (summa cum laude) from the Wharton School and a BAS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics, and both an MA and Ph.D in Finance from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Finance at the McCombs School of Business.
Diana Youngblood brings 20 years of finance experience to M2M.
Her technology finance experience includes managing a $100M budget for Schwab’s 270-person mainframe, telecom, and desktop teams, refining their activity-based costing model, and performing financial analyses to investigate options to optimize the choices between cost efficiency, systems availability, complexity, and risk.
Diana was the finance partner of the product development team that launched Schwab’s High Yield Savings account and 2% cash back credit card. During her tenure at JP Morgan, she worked closely with engineers to create an in-house CRM to enable data sharing and transparency to highlight institutional cross-selling opportunities. Diana holds an Economics and Psychology BA from Tufts University.
Prior to co-founding M2M Capital, Marc was Managing Director of S64, where he focused on private markets capital raising by connecting alternative managers with asset managers, insurance companies, pensions, endowments, foundations and wealth managers.
Marc has more than 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. He was the Chief Investment Officer of CLS Investments, where he led the portfolio management team and oversaw all investment operations for over $10bn in AUM, including investment philosophy process, positioning and performance. Marc was also the Chairman of the Investment Committee and was responsible for both internal and external communications regarding investment strategies and the current market environment.
Before joining CLS, Marc was the CIO/CFO at Milestone Capital Management. Marc began his career at Goldman Sachs where he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager managing over $3 billion in municipal fund assets.
Marc holds a BS in Finance from University of Buffalo and an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration.
James Youngblood draws upon his 14 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, SEO, sales operations, and SaaS sales to ensure M2M’s offerings connect with those stakeholders prepared to benefit from its powerful solutions.
Experienced in both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business marketing and sales, James brings a strong commitment to empathy and ethics, an approach strongly aligned with M2M’s mission to deliver greater transparency and trust to private markets.
